FO5-28/PII.141 Otimização da reforma seca do metano para catalisadores core@shell: análise termodinâmica e planejamento multifatorial por função Desirability.
Resumo
The syngas production by methane dry reforming (DRM) was investigated for nickel phyllosilicate-based core@shell catalysts – NiPS@SiO2. A thermodynamic analysis was conducted, aiming to verify the range of potentiality of each reaction that integrates the global mechanism of DRM. Furthermore, the catalytic system was optimized using an experimental design with central composite (CCD) and Desirability function (D_) for multi response analysis of temperature, CH4/CO2 ratio, and spatial velocity (GHSV). It was possible to archive a desirability of 0.91 for the critical conditions, using the quadratic model. The optimized parameters were 834,09°C, 1,1525 CH4/CO2 and 106,82 Nml/h/g.cat. Also, it was found that temperature was the most significant factor. Applying the critical conditions in a long-duration DRM experiment, it was possible to archive conversion higher than 93%, with a great syngas yield and H2/CO close to the unity, for the catalyst NiPS@SiO2, with no signs of deactivation.
